The Form 4 from Formlabs is a powerful and user-friendly MSLA 3D printer designed for the fast and precise production of prototypes, parts, and functional models. Formlabs’ proven resin 3D printing technology has been significantly enhanced with the innovative Low Force Display™ (LFD) technology.
Thanks to powerful LEDs, advanced optical components, and a robust liquid crystal display, the Form 4 enables extremely fast curing of individual layers — regardless of the number or size of parts being printed. At the same time, precise exposure ensures highly reproducible results and excellent detail resolution.
With its compact desktop design and a weight of 18.3 kg, the Form 4 can be easily integrated into existing work environments. Different layer thicknesses allow users to individually balance printing speed and surface quality. New materials and optimized support structures also make post-processing easier and more efficient.
An intuitive menu structure, clear touchscreen interface, and integrated leveling measurement make the Form 4 particularly easy and ergonomic to operate. The printer can be controlled via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB. An integrated camera enables remote monitoring, while the print queue function supports efficient management of print jobs across teams.
The quick-change cartridge system enables fast and convenient material changes, making the Form 4 well suited for continuous operation. Sensors monitor key environmental conditions to support reliable printing. The durable resin tank is designed for more than 75,000 layers, contributing to cost-efficient long-term production.
